GWALTNEY PROPERTIES POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
APPLICATION
1. Minimum Credit Score of 600 is required for approval.
2. Credit Report must show no collections more recent than three years.
3. Everyone living at the property over the age of 18 must be on the lease and must also
provide information on this application – No Exceptions.
4. There is a $25 Application Fee. Please make checks payable to 'Gwaltney Properties'.
Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 31722, Clarksville, TN 37040.
5. Please include a Requested Move-In date with all applications.
6. Lease Term - 12 Month Lease - All leases contain the MILITARY CLAUSE ...penalties are
waived for move-outs that are due to PCS or ETS orders.
PET POLICY
Our Quail Ridge Subdivision is Pet Friendly. We accept cats and dogs 15 pounds and under with proper vet documentation. Breed Restrictions do apply. Feel free to e-mail us through our Contact Us page with any questions or requests for exceptions.
There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $200 for the first pet and $100 for a second.
